About
Peaceful Resonance Wellness was created from a simple understanding:
the body doesn’t need to be pushed to heal—it needs to feel safe enough to do so.
Many people today are living in a constant state of subtle overwhelm. Not always obvious, but present in the background—tension, fatigue, disconnection. Often, what’s missing isn’t effort, but the right kind of support.
This work is about returning to that support.
While I do offer remote sessions, my strong preference is for in-person nervous system care rooted in presence, nature, and relationship. There is something different about being physically in the same space—where your body can settle without effort, where you don’t have to translate your experience through a screen, and where support can be felt, not just understood.
My approach is quiet, attentive, and responsive. I’m not here to override your body or to give you rigid protocols. I’m here to help you notice, soften, and reconnect in a way that feels sustainable.
While I offer private yoga and energy-based sessions, they are not the focus—they are simply pathways we can utilize to support your system if they call to you.
The deeper work is learning how to come back into rhythm with yourself, and with the environment that supports you.

Our Holistic Approach
At Peaceful Resonance Wellness, we focus on what truly allows the body to settle and restore—not by adding more, but by returning to what’s essential.
The nervous system responds to environment. When the conditions are right, regulation becomes more accessible, and healing can begin to unfold naturally.
We work with a few key foundations:
Sunlight
Light helps orient your body in time. Regular exposure—especially earlier in the day—supports your natural rhythm and gently signals safety to your system.
Water & Minerals
Water alone isn’t always enough. The body relies on minerals to properly take in and use hydration. When these are in balance, water can move where it’s needed—supporting energy, communication, and overall stability in the body.
Grounding
Direct contact with the earth can help the body settle. The surface of the earth (and trees!) carries a natural electrical charge, and when your skin makes contact, your body can begin to equalize with it. This can support a shift out of stress and into a more regulated state.
Fresh Air
Breathing in open, natural environments often changes the breath without effort. This alone can begin to calm the nervous system and create more space internally.
These elements are supported through in-person work that may include:
-
Gentle movement
-
Breathwork
-
Energy-based practices to support flow and balance
-
One-on-one, compassionate support
This work is not about doing more—it’s about creating the conditions where your body no longer has to work so hard to feel okay.
Many people are drawn to this space because it is slower, quieter, and more personal. The emphasis is not on intensity or quick transformation, but on consistency, safety, and real connection.
