New Here?
Start with Your Nervous System

Welcome.

If you’re here, there’s a good chance you’ve been feeling:

  • Overwhelmed or constantly “on edge”

  • Stuck in stress or burnout

  • Disconnected from your body or yourself

  • Like you’ve tried to feel better, but nothing fully sticks

At Peaceful Resonance Wellness, I offer nervous system–informed, body-based wellness support to help you feel more grounded, calm, and connected.

What This Work Is
(In Plain English)

Your nervous system plays a key role in how your body responds to stress and daily life.

When it’s under strain, you might feel:

  • Restless or unable to relax

  • Drained but wired

  • Emotionally overwhelmed or shut down

  • Stuck in patterns that are hard to shift

In our work together, we use gentle, body-based practices to support your system in settling and finding more balance over time.

These may include:

  • Guided awareness practices

  • Breath-based techniques

  • Simple, rhythmic movements (BRMT-informed)

  • Gentle, personalized movement when appropriate

This work is focused on education, awareness, and supportive practices—not diagnosis or treatment.

Ways We Can Work Together

Nervous System Support Sessions

These are one-on-one sessions designed to help you feel more grounded, steady, and connected in your body.

We work together to better understand your stress responses and support your system in finding more ease over time.

Sessions are personalized and may include a blend of gentle approaches such as breath-based practices, guided awareness, and simple movement to support comfort and connection in the body.

Depending on your needs, this may also include rhythmic movement from Blomberg Rhythmic Movement Training Level 1 (BRMT), as well as yoga postures and movements, or other gentle body-based practices.

Everything is adapted to your comfort level and what feels supportive for you in the moment.

Ongoing Support

This work often unfolds best over time.

Ongoing sessions give you space to:

  • Build awareness of your patterns and responses

  • Practice simple tools for grounding and regulation

  • Support longer-term shifts in how your system responds to stress

There is no fixed structure or long-term commitment required - just steady, supportive space as you need it.
